Someone recently told me winning is way harder than losing and while i def think we are losing we are on the upward swing and it’s only getting harder

These are some fine tweets ;) Also the difference between winning and losing is the work between meetings. Advocacy groups that lose a lot occupy their time with lots of meetings and calls on various efforts. They act exhausted because they’re everywhere and no where.

I’m talking about ineffective groups whose staff are often deeply wound into lots of efforts but bring nothing, in effect. These types of groups go from meeting to meeting and write grants. Occasionally they lobby or release some sort of paper. That’s all they do.
